holey moley. That looks like a lot more spots than original, ain't? Is that a new tire hold down bracket? I repaired mine cause I couldn't find any new. But, I pieced my trunk together too...

Yeah we probably went a little overboard on the leading edge, but I think we were pretty close on the rest. Yes its a new bracket, came with the new pan.

well on that 440 block, assuming i trust the last shop and my cousin who both say it is within spec and usable (this is the block that other shop messed up), the one thing i know they didn't do was machine the main caps or linehone it and im wondering if that's going to cause an issue
