Stop in for a cup of coffee

Then work on cleaning up the shop at the farm so i can actually have room to install all these panels.
been a Big part of the job for Duster build... Car stays outside and garage has been my workspace. Not only do I cleanup around the car after every job (to not draw attention from the Township), but I have limited space in the garage and it can get out of control quick when I have a few things going. Worst was when the motor was out, along with almost everything else from under hood and Dash area and seats. That was quite the cluster-. Seems like I spent as much or more time cleaning and organizing than actual work on the car. The big cleanup has been every Fall though. When it starts getting too cold to do anything out there I clear it for the wife to park in the winter.

Definitely a struggle keeping floor space and elbow room in a confined area. Sure would be nice to have a dedicated shop to work in. Oh well, we deal with it and move on.

I'd love too. My problem is a share a 40 ft x 80 ft tractor shed on the farm. It's not insulated or heated/ac. And we've got so much junk stacked in it, its hard to move. Sad part is, most of it we have to keep, whether its extra plow heads to sickle bar teeth or bearings. Or special pumps, gears etc.

Took my wiper motor apart last night. Might be able to get it going, but probably get another one for now. Anybody know where I can get the braided insulation that slips over the leads to the motor windings? looks like maybe high heat. Stuff had bare spots, all dried out and crumbles when you touch it. I guess I could use just about any insulation. The lead that goes through the winding to the brushes is normal insulation. I don't think any of the leads were shorting though. Main problem was one of the brushes was stuck. It actually ran till I put the wipers on and it choked under load.
