Class action lawsuit against their advertising practices where people claim the item is at that price all the time and now they want the 20% or 10% difference because they really didn't save anything. Same thing put Sam Goody's out of biz.

Yeah gonna be interesting how many people actually hung onto their receipts during this time frame(harbor freight still advertising this way too)

Probably signing that person up for the coupons in the mail, that takes forever
 
only big item I bought there was 20 ton press for a $149, they always claim it's 179/189. According to the lawsuit I would be suing them for a % of the $39 difference. I'd have to glance through it again, but like 10%. I guess the lawyers get most of the settlement.

It was right around noon, so I'm sure some of the people in line were on there lunch break. 2 lines with at least 6 people in each, you would think they could skip the coupon stuff. But the register robots did as programmed - ask every customer are you signed up?...
 
So last night was kind of the annual fish fry at the fair grounds, so I stopped by to grab some to take home. Ran into a girl from my highschool FFA class. Now this girl in highschool was HUGE. By huge I mean break a horses back HUGE. Well she's now had 4 kids and she's now fit as a one can be, and hot! How the hell does that happen?!?!

I don't know I wish I could lose weight but I ain't having a baby.
 
I was forced to go to see the Doctor for chest tightness the next thing I know I was getting a heart Catherization and every time I tried to sign out they warned me that my insurance would not pay for any of it. All it was was gas

My work place made me go see the DR. and it just went from there. My dr wasn't in and the one standing in send me to the emergency room and I have to prove I was at the Dr. to get back into work. So yes if I signed out against their consent I was told that my insurance would not pay for anything to this point. It was crazy.

Morning just got up! figures been getting up at 4 all week and the one day have some thing to do it is 9. Keith you still here?
