Stop in for a cup of coffee

when the ***-clowns at the tire place were putting those caps on you would think they would have noticed that things weren't lining up and stopped... um HELLO!!!???

You would think!
i'd be demanding a free dismount and mount from that tire place, they are responsible. use a lawyer phrase if you have too
just thinking "out loud" here - I wonder if there are different size caps for different BP wheels...
Possible
Sending two more wheels, had to pay up front, when I send back, will get refunded. MINUS the cost to dismount and remount re-balance tires.
that bites completely

This is what they will do, but I asked why I should have to do it?
no kidding

Anyone have any clue as to what rims these are

I wish like heck that i'd kept them. I really thing theyd look good on the polara. But i did a ebay search, them things are going for big money used (300-400 a piece). they havent made them in 25+ years

at one time they were THE alternative to Cragars or Keystones

apparently they were popular amongs corvette and porsche owners in the 80s. only a few thousand sets were ever sold though. at least from the american racing wheel forum. most were 5 x 4.75 BP but some were made in the 5x4.5 but finding them for sale may prove to be a challenge.
