That it is. I'm lucky - it's only about an hour away. I plan to head over early Saturday for the day. That's when most of the cars are on the show field and the swap meet is still going strong. Maybe next year I'll get my car in there...

Military gets in the way for me. I've got 2 years left, hanging it up after that. 14 years is enough. Especially when i find out that the "awesome retirement pay" is a mere couple hundred bucks after taxes for an E7 with 20 years and 2 combat deployments over a year long each (my father in law).

oh i know. but my points are very similar to how his were at this point. I helped him fill out his paperwork last night. his before taxes is just under 700. Mine if i stay till 20 years, will just just under 550 before taxes. The only benefit i see to staying is getting Tricare for life at that point.

that's about the average, I just deployed a ton have over 6000 points. pluss the actual 8.5 years navy did not hurt either, just cant get it for five more years!:realcrazy:

Doing international relations on the comp I think? Not much just hanging out waiting on the Ben of fury kinda, will have to pace the beers today.

When will you be there?
When I either get out of the military or my CO decides to sign my split-train request :icon_fU:

No 60 for guard and reserve to draw unless they passed that bill for each deployment over 90 days in a combat zone will be deducted from 60 years old so say a year deployed collect at 59.
