Get a good king snake....
They can kick rattlesnake's asses and are immune to most venom....
You don't wanna be messin with a poisonous snake bite.... Be careful if you try to fetch them yourself...

So I would think that if you waited until between October and February till they hibernate in the ground and then move the car to an area where the snakes are attracted to for a while until you are sure that they are gone...
Also if they are hibernating, they may not be as aggressive and move slower if waken in that time if you do encounter one...
