So i sent an inquiry to the realtor that has the property listed asking for details and photos of the interior of the house. Her response is below:
"Hi Chris,
Thanks for asking about the property located at (xxxxxxxxi deleted the addressxxxxx). It is a 6.8 acre lot, the pond size is approximately 5 acres with a brick structure that looks to have been a homemade BBQ of some type. House was built in 1963, has 2-3 bedrooms, one bath, kitchen and a great room. Property also has a small outbuilding about the size of a yard barn. There are no additional photos of the property other than what has been listed. Interior needs restoration and work. Property overall is in need of upkeep as it has not been maintained in a while. This is a cash only sale, no warranties on structures. Price is 94,600. Offers below this amount are not currently being accepted."
She goes on to describe the school district, tax info and other stuff.
Funny thing is I never asked about making an offer. So im kind of curious why she threw that out there.
