my dad does not believe it will look like a hearse, I got him to sit down and talk to me for more than 2 minutes finally and I described both proposals and he gave about ten reasons he would go with what was actually my plan A.
he did like the G rated playboy pink theme but he thinks that is more suited for a 2 door car like the 72 demon. :evil3:
this wheel cover is also the winner. I have a set of 4 but one has road rash so probably next month I will post a want ad more for some for spares, but after a good kick in the purse today. I don't even have the paint and clear yet .......$483 worth primers, surfacers and supplies.
I am going with what one can call mid level stuff ....I am not getting the most expensive primers and materials on the market but I am also not getting the cheapest either.

yea hopefully I will beat my automotive ADD and get it done.
what makes it hopeful is this the first car I have worked on in a long while that doesn't need major welded on panels replaced and extensive body work.
this car turned out to be a really solid ol dog.
it had body work done to it before but who ever did it, did a very good job.
the body work held up and the filler was never overly thick anywhere. It really looks like whoever worked on this car before actually cared which makes me think that it was not a body shop.
I thought and was told the lack of ability to make decisions was a female trait but maybe not .......glad to know I am not the only one in the mania.
I have a hard time making up my mind on stuff and following a set plan. probably why I don't have more cars done by now
Very little body work needed is always a plus
I get excited but then something else grabs my attention and off in that direction I go. I start to clean the house and that lasts about 10 seconds.
