Phone signal was kind of crappy at Carlisle to even upload that one pic earlier...
This is after my ride, but I was in the white car.

Speaking of big blocks...does the 440 and 383 use the same exhaust manifold? They do don't they?

yes they do..

Yes and no. For the most part, yes, but there are couple instances where they are different. Such as the factory big block A bodies, some of the early 383s in the B and C bodies used different ones and then there is the 383 HP manifold which is different yet.

Ok, but sitting on a stand, any B/RB manifold fits any B/RB engine.

SOB they changed the forecast. Wasn't supposed to rain now rd a 15 percent chance overnight and a 60 tomorrow afternoon. I'll have to go get a tarp in the morning

At a fundraiser for a young guy that had a stroke. Someone won a whole table of booze. He picked out a few favorites and put the rest up fo $10 a bottle. Got a bottle of tequila and Christian Brothers Brandy. . $10 each. I gave them extra.

clutch grabs low said it has low miles on it may adjust to see what happens.
Nice bumpers, nice grilles, nice hood inserts. Need help with back up lights.
I changed bulbs quick and tested with car in reverse key on no power to them . think switch is on tranny?

Take pictures of it now from every angle outside, inside, and engine compartment.... that way you will always have a baseline reference...

who saw the 68 fury wagon in person ...anyone ??
Was that in the survivor tent? That's what it looks like in the pic, but I don't recall seeing it. Then, I'm not a huge fan of that body. I also did not see the one you mentioned several pages back -and I looked for that. I did drool over a few others...

Best advice ever! I have taken pics of my car that way and it really helps whenever doing work or buying parts. It is especially important to do it when you have things apart. When I pulled a door panel off, pics. When I pulled a brake drum off, pics. When the car was on a lift, I scoured every thing underneathh taking pics. And on and on and on...

I never would have reassembled my 66 charger correctly without pictures I took on disassembly. .

Pressure wash under the car, Remove as much grime with cold water as you can. Look for inspection marks, paints of different colors, at different places on the car. Document that. VERY important if you are planning on showing the car as original in the future.
