Why is there a new pop-up box when we post pictures that started since yesterday???

If you click "Upload Photos" this black box comes up now, when before it used to just go to the screen to pic your file... Now you have to click "Choose File" in the box that pups up to get to the same screen that it used to jump to before... More steps/clicks involved to accomplish the same thing...
If you can follow what I mean...
Its not doing that for me... Ill look into it.

Interesting... I've had sights ask me if I want to run Flash Player in the last couple days...
But a few other members have had the same thing happen...
Is there something going on with Flash player... Is there an update...
I just updated it a few days ago, within the last week...
I'll go check for another update...
