if anybody follows baseball, Chad Bettis is back starting pitching for the Rockies. kicked a bout of cancer and just got back to the show tonight. pitched 5 scoreless so far..

he and my son played together through high school and college. Great kid..

6 scoreless now..

18 fish, cleaned and pan ready. All in the fridge now. Lotsa fish heads and guts for crab bait in the freezer now too.

Time for another beer!

Did you hear about the baby boy that was born with out eyelids???

They made eye lids for him with the skin from the circumcision...

All throughout school, kids used to call him ****-eyed...

yeah, I does not take long at all to lose muscle tone at all. I forget what my PT people told me but it was a rather large percentage.

I lost it fast with the broken hand when it was immobilized...

Within a month it's jello....
