The other stuff was sweet. Those are Lanyagers probably spelled that wrong.

Jeez, I'm not sure. Do you remember what context we were discussing it?

Pizza sounds good. May be tomorrow night. I thawed out a couple rib eyes. My Mother-in-law said they butchered another beef. I need to get eating up the quarter we got last time. Baked potatoes, sliced in 2 with a slice of onion and butter and a shake of Lawreys before I wrap them in foil. I'm smoking the steaks at 120° with hickory and I will reverse sear them at the end. (smoke first, sear last)

My wife bought me a 'Thera-cane' to use to help my back. It's designed so you can reach the parts on your back where the muscles are tight and use the ball bits to massage and apply trigger point pressure to stop the muscle spasms. Feels like it's doing something anyway...

Isn't that cane a little too tall for you to walk with ??? :poke:

Yep, that sounds right. It's an aged cheese similar to provolone. Give me the address of his place so I can go get some sometime. :)

I got it covered.
Remind me sometime to tell you the story about my son when he was about five.
It involves an italian market the cheese hanging on the hooks my five year old son kicking and punching the owner and Pinocchio.

Have you ever smoked potatoes that have been peeled? Makes awesome mashed potatoes when they are done.

I don't know which of the meats we are talking about but the pepper sticks? were great. The Sausage Dave cooked was really good to and well I will stop there! Ha ha ha.... With Hoppy jumping in bed with Mike maybe it was one of them grabbing the handful.
