Man I went out around 1 pm yesterday then woke at 6, then back out again around 9 till this am, think I still have the dam flu or something, not the symptoms though just beat.
Yep. The front tires will be swapped out though. They're a full 2 inches shorter than factory height tires.
Saw my brother yesterday, he was out visiting one of his old school buddys. A few of them got together, as this guy was diagnosed as terminal. Doc gave him 6 months.
He has a 63 fury done to the nuts drag car,blew engine last summer.
So one of the guys pulled his race engine and brought it out and they stuffed it in Dale’s fury.

I will not give you the lowering kit now just sits right.
I also got the rear drums busted loose so the thing rolls better now. Also you'll like this one. Whoever rebuilt the brakes last, switch the hubs from side to side. Passenger side should be left hand threads, but instead is the drivers side rear that is left handed threads.

I got one hell of a score yesterday, needed a lot of nos points and cond for the distributors only have a few sets left and the new ones are junk. Well I cruise CL all the time and found a parts store going out of business. Scored over 100 sets of Delco points and cond kit for $1 ea shipped!
No fever but have/had the rest, just sucks.
I have found out the hard way the new points just do not have the spring pressure and float and the new condensers just seem to short out fast or fail when I test them. Have had no issues with the delco stuff I had in the past.
I've gotta say this. All your reports of how Bad the new stuff is makes me reconsider the removal of the electronic ignition set up on the polara
Just use old stock, the one I sent you is fine for a while, just let me know when you need a new set. You can still get the good ones just around 10-15 each set and another 6-10 or so for a condenser, I cannot do that with the amount I use to keep the prices reasonable, and it is a lot of money on a shelf.

Run away from the cheap ETRON stuff, the highest fail rate, the points suck also average spring pressure is around 12, should be 18-22 on the average. I try for 20 plus on most then the HP stuff 24 and above usually use the stash of ACCEL points for them.
