Cracked pivot housings
Popped bushings
Broken welds
Pontiac montanas have fancy transmissions that tangle up the wipers.
Stripped wiper arms.

Wipers frozen to windshield.
Had a couple where pivots siezed.
 
It is the cheap *** auto parts bushings, nave a nos MOPAR one I am going to pop in. I just wonder if it has the wrong linkage in it, got the truck as parts and the wiper "swing" is kind of short to me. 87 W150
 
My 88 ramcharger pivots were hanging up. I poured atf on the pivots and they were fine after that.if something isnt the right length, it wouldnt work right.

Morning all. Little coffee a quick run through my wells and off to move in for the swap meet this week end.

What is the area yours sweep at mine seems to be around 20 or so on the top of each wiper sweep almost like it does not travel as far as it can a lot more area to go it seems? Need to compare it to another on I guess. As I said almost everything on this truck was apart when I got it.
 
It is slick as a witches dick out there, just came in from the shop to start the heater!
 
Not the same video but the same effect. Fun to watch but these cars and especially the drivers are stupid.
 
And most of the Pony drivers had Texas tags....hmmm?? Really though I see stupid drivers everyday, one reason I started driving a BIG truck.
