Stop in for a cup of coffee

Chris did say he had a hotel reservation, not sure where, but we know they usually have a 24 hour cancellation. Sooo looks like we could be lead along to the last day??

But a room will open up when he cancels, so if you can't find one, jump on his cancellation....

Hey hoppy. Do you know that black midgets are rare.
Must be a discrimination thing.

How the hell can they do a transfer if your medically profiled?
No idea but I'm hopeful it goes thru... it changes where I have to drive to for the next 16 months. 142 miles current vs 23 miles to the new unit

hotel is a motel 6 about 15 miles from the event. Already paid... non-refundable.

I did go on a "roadtrip" deployment once, pretty funny when she called the unit to get a number for me!
We came back from a two week annual training (AT) one year. We came back the next weekend for cleanup. A wife calls in that afternoon, saw we were back from AT, and wanted to know when she could come pick up her hubby....ooops. The clerk told her we'd been back a week and this was our drill weekend (one day) for cleanup. Silence and she hangs up. Never did hear what happened, but it must of been a hellava surprise for him.

Don't know if I'm doing Carlisle.
I was asked yesterday to go to the little people's convention in fla. Yesterday.
So many requests for my time.

Did they just pull the paperwork so you can start again at the new unit? If so do not transfer it all happened at the current unit. I saw that once in the ANG just so the unit did not have the hastle of it.

I don't know. Supposedly this is part of the state TAGs new directive. He put a memo back in January wanting to reorg and shuffle soldiers around to reduce the number of soldiers traveling over 100 miles to drill
