Stop in for a cup of coffee

So I need opinions. My final project for this class for my masters is to write a business plan proposal that'll be used throughout the remainder of my Masters program. Only a few requirements:

Must be a passion/hobby (how they'd prove this is beyond me but ok)
Starting budget is 150,000 USD
Must employ at least 1 other person to start with.
Must be legal.
Must have a 5 year growth plan

I'm drawing a blank for ideas as to what I'd pick.

POLY 318 EDDY SSTOCK RARE AS HELL, GOT A GREAT DEAL ON IT ALSO , NOT GOING FOR LESS THAN 2500 AT LEAST! CHRISS MISSED OUT FOR NOT GETTING IN TOUCH WITH ME! Figured he owes enough right now and could not do it.
 
I saw a six pack intake for a poly a couple weeks ago on kijiji.
900 but looked kinda rough.
I have intake and manifold on my watchlist in case something good comes up. If something shows up i get a notification
Theres a small block chevy 6 pack there too.
 
Oh IF FIND STUFF BELIEVE ME JUST NEED PAYMENT ESPECIALLY IF IT IS THE COST AND THE RIDE SO IT IS FREE. Benn burned a few time now by people I thought were friends so now it costs everyone, retirement sucks. And yes I can find anything on the cheap! So what would you do? I don't hold on to things after three months and do not deliver since I got burned!!! By someone I thought was a friend.
