Distributor was not driving the oil pump, when he tried to start it... Good F'n thing it never started EHH????
 
I got to get moving want to get that station ready for paint, I have to weld a few brackets on it and it will burn the paint on there already which is fine I have paint.
 
Well i guess you are never to old to learn something new. I picked this up today, cant wait to start playing it.

Yup some one was looking out for him, did you help him do it? Wonder what else he forgot?
I put the rotating assy together for him. He did the rest, asking some questions, which is what I wanted him to do. I did not stand right over his shoulder watching tho.
 
I'm checkin it closely now.. he didn't have the intermediate shaft, so he didn't know he needed one. Its on order now. Guess we'll fire it next week sometime
 
Attic floor and pulldown ladder are installed and all the little woman's stuff put back up there.

Now to run romex for her additional lighting on the front porch and maybe a couple more outlets in the garage.

You need to stop and get somethin g to drink so you don't dehydrate.

You have had a rather interesting last few days.
Between the car and the motor. If that blew up in the garage. I don't want to think about how bad that would have been.
 
That whole thing could have turned out, VERY baddly, Matt... I'm thankfull it didn't start.....OR BLOW UP........
Oh yea. I was actually serious about learning how things work even if I presented it in not so serious way. Gotta get him thinking..
My experience has been I needed both the hands on and the book learning before I made progress on the learning curve.

Morning all, fun times at the Mitch house hold. Clear sky's but real windy here. might have to play in the garage unless the wife has other plans.
 
So wiring the attic lights must be next on the agenda :rofl: make sure your fingers are dry before testing for electricity. More resistance that way. Less twitching :rofl:
