Stop in for a cup of coffee

Ever consider expanding your business to other models. Like Pontiac?
Olds, Buick.
I have way to many parts right now just for Mopar three cabinets of ignition parts and a bunch of tubs of distribs, prob have 150 plus cores here, no way do I want to get into others.

David, you don't have to leave a flooded car... Just hold the gas pedal to the floor while cranking it over... As soon as most of the gas has been pulled in/evaporated from cranking, it will start.... Having to wait to start a flooded engine is a myth....
Congrats on your new title
(or have I just not been observant?)

@krazykuda
Thought of you.:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Hey Karl!
David you ever drop the tank on the fury and have it cleaned? Have him drain the gas filter and see if there is rust in it can cause flooding.

Karl, I have been starting it for a while by holding the pedal to the floor but this time that did not work.

Thats a surprise. I wouldn't have expect Summit to pay for Chrysler type guts. OTH Rick E is getting them somewhere.
Lighter weights could make a better curve for a hot rodder..

Lighter weights slow down the curve....

Heavier weights speed it up....

Ok...

If you get it started by holding the choke open with a screwdriver etc, then like Memike suggested maybe back off the choke a little so it's more open when you crank it...

I will spin it up today curious what the curve will be in it. Thing was a mess he was in it needed a new pickup and reluctor, one spring, screws. Hell got it for $10

Fury has a new tank, Ray...do you mean the filter at the tank or the fuel filter going into the carb?

The carb if it was running good either the carb has dirt under the needle, or a float sank if it runs fine when started then it is the choke adjustment Karl mentioned.
