Good morning, since we are on the subject of weather, Europe's has been unusual too...fyi wine lovers now is a good time to stock up on French and Italian wines, small/poor grape harvest is going to drive prices up. There are deals on great '13 Tuscan wines that are drinking great now and will be good to set aside for later as well...

I seen that !! so I bet all of our wines made in Arkansas will go up also , you know how everyone will jump on the ban wagon

Good Morning. The Cal Poly Tractor Pulls made a nice distraction yesterday. First motorsport event this year I've planned to go to that wasn't rained out . Just the opposite it was. The Daisy Duke's were at a record short. So said my racing accomplice. I was busy watching horsepower on dirt. Only 3 Minis though, that was a little disappointing. That uncomfortable hiding place for the flask was unneeded. They didn't even check. That's Poly Royal .

They cant sell it for a profit and the dairy cows have to be milked. Think we import around 1/3 of it from S. America from what I am told.

I'm only 1 1/2 hours from WI - "America's Dairy Land"...

I like to pick up fresh cheese from there when I cross the border...

Who can make better cheese than Cheese Heads?????

My back and knees are OK today, so I made oatmeal. :poke:@toolmanmike
Quaker old fashioned oats, sliced up an apple, dark brown sugar... Mmmm

Did you hit the top of the microwave with it for the bonus points????

Or winter ggoing away depends upon your p erspective..

Just above freezing and windy.
Like watching a glacier melt...
With all the sn__ around i wonder if summer will show up. I gues it will, likely signalled with torrents of rain.

Jeez, what a crappy day today. 42* with misty rain and winds out of the east at 20-30 mph. Yuck.
hey at least the drizzle stopped.
May be good for some overseeding of the grass in the backyard.

Got my sawhorses back. Found I left a handsaw outside last night. Had the horses covered - the saw of course not. Looked like it did ok - it wasn't a show piece but it pretty old.

Things are generally good around here. Back yards have always been pretty good. Even front porch furniture doesn't walk like it used to. Unfortunately some of the newer folks don't have the smarts about these things and take it for granted... that's all I'll say here.
