Taking my coffee to go, day off so I want to be productive. And keeping myself ready to go be with my Mom, she assured me she will let me know when she wants me to be there. You really have to be in awe of how and what the female gender handles, she has my stepdad's children to reassure and explain things to, while she stays by his side at all hours.
The submarine Hunley I went to see yesterday was very interesting, and so was doing a little research, they say novelist Clive Cussler found it, but another respected man E. Lee Spence found it in 1970, and the site was even put on the Park Services map as a shipwreck back in 1978. Whosever story gets out biggest in the media, gets the credit.

Totally Fake news. The FDA has already denied the story several times, but it keeps coming back.

Got half of a project done...Getting new front tires on the Magnum this week. The clear coat was all chipped and corroded around edges and centers of my wheels. So pulled off sanded and clear coated this morning. Will need to do the other 2 in the next month or so.

Went to the worse car show ever yesterday, got third place, 220 cars. It was like a bad dream from start to finish..awards were two hours late. We laughed about it.
Went to my buddy's restoration shop today. Redoing the engine and suspension on a 1915 Ford pickup that the owner had made into a circus truck. Has a brass cage with lion in the back. Pretty cool, will try and post pics later.
Resting today and tomorrow for Carlisle. I'm sure there will be plenty of walking...lol.
Oh wife is coming, she said to those there to think of her as one of the guys. She's been in the Army, Iraq, so can't say anything that offends her...and I agree!!
@toolmanmike will tell you she doesn't look like one of the guys....haha
