Well, he can prescribe any drug for any application he sees fit. It’s called “off-label use” and it it perfectly legal and acceptable to the FDA. It is a physicians right to do so.

Yeah....he flat-out said he "wouldn't be comfortable" prescribing it.

Seems ok for a non-FDA approved product. In all honesty, it won’t hurt you and may very well help.

Hell, just smoking a joint every evening after work would probably do wonders for you too. You might find a better effect with some THC in there because of its known effects on the digestive system. It part of the reason it is used as an anti-nausea treatment for the side effects of chemo-therapy...

What do you make of the reports of CBD oil stopping cancer spread and growth and in some cases, reversing it

I don't really enjoy the high. I am an anxious person and it makes me worse lol.

Way over reaching based on their slim data unsupported by the actual results. Claims like that do more harm than good for the future of developing CBD into useful treatments for diseases.

They need to shut up and do better studies before claiming BS like that.

Time to wind down, back to work tomorrow. Our summer season is half-over. Hasn't been too tough so far. Last Wednesday I had a family of 16 whose check was $4000...that was great, but the following night I had 16 salesmen whose tab was $8000. Our tips get divvied up so many ways, which is only fair because we all have to work together to get the job done. Still those were good chunks.

Take what you can get while you can get it. My wife was a career waitress for 20 years, all the way up to Five star international hotels and restaurants...I know how it goes. :)

average $500/person! - what does one get for that kind of money? I'm assuming that includes some high dollar wines. etc.

Hey guys, I'm chillin at Mitches. Got a cruise down by north beach and the Chesapeake bay.......

I have to admit, when it comes to restaurants-the servers are much better in the states than here.
Go to a place in the city, pay a high price for a meal and get mediocre food and shitty service.
Different places, same deal.

Does mitch let anybody on his deck after it was redone??

Ugh, it’s thick outside.

82* and 65% humidity, it’s like breathing through a water logged handkerchief out there.
