So, I confronted my CEO last Friday and asked him flat out if I was going to get laid off from the parent company so I can collect the severance.
He says, “Oh no, you are the only one that knows all the details of how the technology works and all the ins-and-outs of the FDA filings plus the trade secrets. They aren’t going to let you go, you are like a protected species.”

In a few weeks, when I get back from my vacation, I may use that perspective against them and force them to provide me a hefty retention package or I am leaving and taking my expert knowledge with me...and they will have nothing left.

I just watched some protected creatures on Shark Week. Lindsey Vonn holding on to a White Tip Shark was worth it. Apparently Shark Week's big sponsor is Dodge. Pretty gray Challenger, Scat Pack I think, abusing it's drive tires in a smokey fashion . Something about "Shark Week, it's a good week not to be on the street" with a cloud of tire smoke

I think the only holes that go into the water jackets are the end holes on each side where the studs go in...
I like to use dog dish hub caps because the full size ones tend to rotate on the rim and bend/tear the valve stem...
