I don't have an external condenser on it...

We're getting spark, but orange... It seems like it's a little weak...

We can get it to fire for a few seconds, then it dies... I'm not sure if the spark is hot enough...

Take some cardboard and run it between the points to get rid of any oil on them. The external one is for radio noise suppression, usually it is on the coil. That one?

Yeah, the one for the coil is the one that we don't have any more... It it's for radio suppression, then it may not be needed...

I just got some fresh gas for it, I need to put it in and see if that will help then... Maybe it's a fuel issue...
 
Two caps for mopar 8's one for the aluminum housings point and electric, then the dualpoint/prestolight steel housings have a tab sticking out so they are different. The caps I have now are for the aluminum housings. Just found five tan for dual point. They are hard to find.
Was just going through the used caps that sold on e-bay that guy actually sold one for $99!

I gotta get some sleep, just got off work a little while ago and we have some running around to do tomorrow...

First I need to go shopping and get a new bathroom faucet for the front bathroom as the old one broke a week ago....

Then get some groceries....

After that the youngest kid is going to rent a u-haul-*** trailer to bring his porshe to the mechanic to get the fuel system fixed and he also found a VW Scirocco that he wants to pick up and play with... he found on of the rare ones with the 16 valve engine that was only offered for 3 years... It doesn't start, so we need to trailer it home for him...

Thanks, I want to get out to shop by 10 AM as they get picked over by noon and some items are off the shelf... I like to get there in late morning so I can get some of the good deals before they are all picked through...

The coffee sure is going down good this morning. Door post should deliver to Mitch today, at least according to FedEx. Shows to be 'on truck for delivery out of Marlboro MD'..
