Sounds like that'd be a good PT platformVery ridged body, the stiffest of all Mopars...
Was a slant car, with an 8.75 in it!That year and body style, almost certainly a 8.75, maybe a Dana 60 but doubtful
in the mid 60s that was definitely something they didn't really have an intermediate rear end in those days like the 8 1/4Was a slant car, with an 8.75 in it!

pro touring, aka autocross/roadrace.

I left a note on the door, so we shall see

Looks solid. And straight.I am thinking sleeper. Grandma look on the outside but a big block 4 gear inside
Bench seat, very little trim like a belvedere 1 economy look but a 383 or 440 with a 4 speed and 3.91 gears.
It is coming with a 440 but I might trade out the 440 with the polara and put the 383 from the polara in the belvedere.

There's some good guys over there but one thing I've noticed is a sense of entitlement/arrogance from some of them. Those being the ones that think the only mopars worth owning are big block and hemi 4 speed cars.I might need to spend more time on FBBO.
I have not logged in or even looked over there since last year some time.
Exactly why I stopped going over there. There's some good guys over there but one thing I've noticed is a sense of entitlement/arrogance from some of them. Those being the ones that think the only mopars worth owning are big block and hemi 4 speed cars.
Not as bad as the e body forum though
That said, there's some really good guys over there, especially in the 62-66 classic section
Or a department head that has to put up wIt takes a special kind of person to work on a city council.
That's a cool car.I am thinking sleeper. Grandma look on the outside but a big block 4 gear inside

I was just thinkin the convertible mechanisms. They can't be easy to find. The rest of it, funny car cage, tubs, BIG steelies, 500" big block, rust and all. And 1 little seat in the back for a brave passenger/ballast.Agree......I just want to enjoy what I have....
Might not be any metal left to weld anything too, like a cage, tubs.......I was just thinkin the convertible mechanisms. They can't be easy to find. The rest of it, funny car cage, tubs, BIG steelies, 500" big block, rust and all. And 1 little seat in the back for a brave passenger/ballast.
Just makes it lighter, sorta like acid dipping a Vega Pro Stock in the 70sMight not be any metal left to weld anything too, like a cage, tubs.......
No I'm gone.
One way or another.
Just for info..... Per Ray's request - he's been banned from the site.
Just asking, do you guys torque every bolt to spec? I just answered a thread.
