Stop in for a cup of coffee

My morning project for the woodworkers who may find it interesting.
Really needed this piece today and didn't have the molding plane or cutter. Then came up with a work around.

Interesting!
I'd still like to get a dedicated 1/2" cove plane. It would reduce setup and waste. The combo plane can be tricky to stabilize when running cove. Having that bead on the cutter actually helped. I don't mind wasting scrap but hate to by clear 5/4 or 6/4 to then

Was leaning the wrong way, trying to weld in the door jamb and my knee instantly went bad
Couldnt put any weight on it hardly. The pain- made me nauseous. Wth?
15 minutes its fine.

We got the Santa Ana Winds  That should get the USFS all stirred up. Red Flag Warnings up north of Sacramento. Just what they need another fire :realcrazy:.

No trip for me this winter.
Mrs want a deck built next summer, so the dollars have to be diverted.
This time next year-vegas...

Work day from Hell today. I’m trying to unwind now by progressing some of my t-shirts design ideas...and having a beer.

Back in the early 80s, I had a Direct Connection catalog. They had t shirts listed. The Dodge shirt said 'Aint just paint' and the Plymouth shirt said 'Theres a little bit of Hemi in every Plymouth'.. Anybody ever seen these or did I smoke too much weed back then?
