Straight oil filter adapter fitting torque

Can someone please tell me what the torque spec is for a straight oil filter adapter fitting on a 1978 360. None of my manuals show it and I am unable to find it online. I am installing a Canton billet aluminum plate (part # 22-575) and don't want to damage it. Thanks in advance.
 
i THINK it is 30 ft lbs........Dont quote me, but u dont have to tighten them crazy tight....
