street tires

what tire would you recommend for a street tire I have a 900 hp street car 69 hemi barracuda with 14 32s slicks I want a dot tire of some sort that hooks good

Good luck. I run MT et street tires on my 67 barracuda. That's about the best I have found for the street. I assume your car will not see wet streets because MTs will not work.

I have run 325/50-15 BFG DragRadials on 430 hp, with street suspension.Looks great! But hook? Not even a bit. OK, maybe a tad more than the 295/50-15 DOTstreet tires.Totheir credit though, they did take me to 93mph in the 1/8th

Something developed in the last 10 years. Not talking about BFG T/A. They will probably be on a 17-18" wheel. Look into the extreme summer performance category.

I also run the M/T ET Streets. Although they work well with my car, good luck putting your 900 to them!
