Strut Rod Bushings

Hello All
I replaced my strut rod bushings, but did not tighten them. I was going to work on the car this weekend, and lost the instruction paper that came with the bushings.
My question is how tight do I make them, and do I tighten them while the car is still ob jack stands, or when the car is on the ground?

The front strut rod bushing nut actually has a torque spec of 45 foot lbs. (for a-bodies). Tighten with the car on the ground - suspension loaded.
