Stumble from low voltage to MSD?

Well finally got to mess around with the car a little the other day. As suggested I started looking for vacuum leaks and I think I found the problem. Kinda wierd because I had just put all new vacuum lines in but the one from the brake booster and the back of the carb were bulged out and not making a seal. It's partly odd cause they were new, and the brakes seemed unaffected. I will try and drive it around some more to see if it is in fact fixed (hopefully my oil leaks that keep springing up will be fixed too since there was no vacuum to the crank case either)
