I was all stoked as my roommate told me about this 65 for 2500.00. I was supposed to go look at it a week ago before I headed back to work. Then someone on Mopars of Utah posted this: 1965 Plymouth Barracuda on KSL.com I showed it to my roommate and he said he hadn't seen the front end but that was the house it was at. Why.......WTF,,, oh well someone doing drugs saved me $2500.00. I might still go offer the guy $500.00 with being Christmas and all.

I'm thinking it has to be "crack" nobody else could do this to a mopar!

That's a custom look!

WOW! What people won't do to (leagalize) there car just to drive it.

$3500?!?! Does it include the stash of drugs required to do such mods to the car?
If I ever got to the right price, I'd return the grill and lights to him ASAP in the middle of the night.

I knew it was going to be that POS - someone else posted a "ha ha CL" about it a week or so ago. Really @lowbudget - you're going to buy it?!?
I was going to go look at it. But the guy on Mopars of Utah saved me the trip. A bunch of tweakers up in the middle of the night saved me some money as I really can't justify another Mopar right now.......and had it not been butchered I might have made a deal on it.

The bad part is that they probably think it looks good.....

Painful to see these things. I also cannot stand to see classic Mopars that people leave in the woods for years, allowing them to rot away, completely unprotected, and then suddenly have the thought, "um, maybe I should sell it".

Reading the description.. might not be butchered. Says you get the original parts. Might be completely reversible.

It might be worth the trip to offer $500.00 cash money. Like you said, xmas time, tweakers and all you may get it. That wouldn't be too much for it.

If it was closer to me, I'd look at it for my kid.

That's been posted, here, previously. -- Cadacuda or something like that ???

It looks like they have cut into the fenders to get the front end on. I still have 3 weeks left in Kuwait to let them figure out it's not a $3000.00 car then give them a $500.00 offer.

Well heck, firstly; that whole front end is replaceable with common hand tools, secondly; you won't find but a handful of these for sale at any one time, and thirdly; if the back half is solid it's a real a a a steel, er steal, and fourthly; there has got to be a warehouse full of what it would take to return the proper nose on it, and fifthly;if you put a warmed up 360 into it,mini-tubs and fat tires, you will have one of the quickest streetcars on the face of the earth, and sixth; it would already be in my stable if I lived within 100 miles of it.Maybe there's a Caddy out there that needs a very fine-condition nose, and he is willing to give $2500 for it,lol.
If you like these cars, you better jump!lol

Now that is truly "Cadillac dreams" on a beer budget!
There was a guy here in Southeastern Connecticut that took a Firebird nose and put it on his 68 Fastback Barracuda. He drove that thing just as proud as proud could be.
Let's just say it take all kinds of people to make the world go round.

They just wanted a four headlamp system to help them see through the "atmosphere" inside at night!
