Suicide? Don’t do it, seek help...please!

-
There have been several first responders, Police Fire Ambulance workers who have taken their own lives as well, from seeing unspeakable things in their line of work. This is a wide spread issue.

One of my old bosses was a cop who told a story that at the academy they had a mandatory class on how to properly commit suicide.

The reasoning was that the high percentage of first responders seek to take their own lives. Do it right as they would pay survivors benefits, but didn't wish to pay for a vegetable.

Just wanted to thank All that posted their opinions here.
They are all worthwhile .
Still just remember. As strong as you think another person may be. We are not made of Stone.
We all have a breaking point . The OP stated it .
LOOK FOR THE SIGNS.
And help save a life.

The Phrase " Didn't you think you were worth anything" And "Didn't you think anyone loved you" Pretty powerful.

And right now I'm on the phone with a friend who is sitting in the hospital after an OD on pills.

Her words:

She thought that was her only answer.
