do they make a super six kit complete with everything you need to change your slant 6 over ....?
and if not what parts do i need to gather to do this...?

I have an intake and exhaust manifold.....Kicking around somewhere..let me know i will post pics...you also need throttlelinkage, kickdown to trans and possibly a longer [email protected]

No kit ,EVER. You will need the intake manifold, carb either BBD or Holley 2280 2 bbl, Depending on the year of your engine and trans type. If auto you need the kickdown linkage. YOU DO NOT need the exhaust manifold. The only difference is the choke pocket and your can me modified easy.(this help alot on shipping) If you go to JY you may want to get the intake and exhaust just because its easer.

As Frank said, there is no kit, but if you find a super six setup at the local junk yard it will have all of the parts except for the ones you should buy new.
Parts List:
1. Intake manifold
2. Carb
3. Kickdown linkage (Auto Only) Lokar or original
4. As Chasduster pointed out Throttle linkage (the old linkage/carb has the linkage on the firewall side and the 2bbl will have the linkage pointing the driver fender)
5. Throttle cable
6. Air cleaner (stock super six air cleaner will have to be modified if your slant has A/C. and your 1bbl air cleaner is too small to fit the 2bbl
7. Manifold gasket (do not re-use your old ones)
8. fuel inlet line (at least part of it)
9. choke mechanism ( original or aftermarket electric )

Optional:
1. Camera phone: this is so that when you are out at the yard getting the parts you can take pictures of the connections like vac hoses, springs, linkages, choke, etc....
2. Web link: www.slantsix.org : for tuning, you are MORE than welcome to post here (and we slanters will answer) but it's been covered in GREAT detail on that board by some folks that have been working on slants for a loooooong time.

Are you looking to spice up a slant or just tinker? Either way there are a ton of other low buck mods out there with great results and most of them don't require a whole lot of skill.
Oh, and welcome aboard!

While they don't have a kit for a factory style Super Six, there have been a number of aftermarket two barrel kits. There may have been a Mopar M1 manifold with a two barrel, Clifford offers their manifolds set up for a two barrel, and I think Pentastar Parts or one company in South Africa has gotten into the act as well. The two barrel setup officially known as the Super Six was a factory item and not aftermarket. Oddly enough, it seems it never occurred to Mopar Performance to package the Super Six in kit form. Look for Aspens and Volares in the boneyard; it was standard on wagons and optional on coupes and sedans.

Well, I kind of figured it was the wrong time of economy to start selling a port injected, crank triggered, coil on plug fuel injection kit for the slant six for a couple thousand bucks. :) We thought an article on how to slap a junkyard TBI on anything that you can get a four barrel carb onto and some cheap fuel pumps might be more in keeping with the times. I need to get some pictures a customer sent us of a slant six TBI conversion out there too...

I know, I know, the boss went with a Chevy for that project. On the other hand, he would definitely notice if a bunch of guys started checking out that article from a Mopar forum. :D

Just what do you do to modify the choke pocket or linkage for the choke from a 1bbl exhaust to a 2 bbl intake seems like a right to left needs to be a front to back action. thanks.
