Not sure if you're interested in this, but Randy's Ring and Pinion sells Dana 44 spider gears that fit your 8 3/4 30 spline. I'm sure others sell them too. I use them in my 8 3/4 rears. Nice because you don't have to line up the splines with the axles. Just a thought.
