Swapping to 11" drums, what e brake cable?

I have a 69 Cuda with the stock 10" drums on a 8 3/4 rear end. i just got a pair of big bolt pattern axles and am converting to the 11" x 2 1/2" drum brakes and read i need to swap out the e brake cable to the 11" drum style.

What cable should I get? Did an A body come with 11" in the mid 70's I can use?

I would at least see if the ones you have will work. I swapped out a 7 1/4 rear to an 8 3/4 rear with the large brakes, in my Dart Sport, and the cables worked fine.

The ONE thing I had to do was loosen the adjustment in the cable under the car to get my brakes together because of the larger brakes.

I was noticing the 11" cables that came with the brakes are about 1" longer on the inside part. I would use them, but the right side is not long enough to go along the housing.

i just swapped in an 8.75 with 11x2 brakes for the stock 7.25 diff... just swapped them over with no issues...

make sure to clean them, inside and out, fix any dents as it wont actuate the lever, and lube them well...
