Sway bar linkage

Also, the factory original lower control arms on a '65 and '66 have a built-in extra washer around the sway bar hole on the lower side of the arm. '67-up arms don't have that washer They interchange however.
I believe those were originals, but I have a couple older arms like what you are talking about. I know those were not original to my car.

Ideally, yes. But apparently Ma Mopar didn’t subscribe all that much to that theory when the 64-66 sway bars were designed.

Or perhaps some of the cars pictured aren’t at the factory ride height, which is also very possible.
