tail lights for a 1964 valiant

This has been driving me nuts.............which talilight is correct for a 64 valiant? I have seen them with a round bottom lense and also with a square bottom lense.........did they make both in 1964? BTW i have really enjoyed your site for some time ..I am restoring a signet 200 conv. Thanks in advance!

that makes sense............after racing mopars for 20 yrs never had an A body.......I'm really enjoing the simplicity of it all....and the parts chase. thanks again for your advice

I have a 65 Barracuda with Round lenses. 64/65 are same 66 and newer have rectangular ones. I am searching for a pair of round lenses. Preferably not too pitted.

I found round tail lights on E-Bay if they are still there , however, they are listed as 64 -65. Hope this helps, best regards.

Interesting.....I did a Google image search for "1964 valiant tail lights" and came up with both styles? like mentioned above it must have been a 64 / 65 model year change in tail light housings?
The 66 is different than the rectangular one shown above.
