Taking scenic route down the qtr.

I have a 69 dart that wants to hop off the line. It has caltracs and split mono leafs.Once the car hooks up it is all over the track. The last two runs down the qtr i had two take my foot out of it by half track.
Steering parts seem to be in good shape. Maybe a wheel alignment.
Any suggestions any one.

Chk the lower control arm bushings. (and others obviously)
Alignment by someone who knows how to do it on your car.

How are the front leaf spring bushings?
These could cause both problems.

My car did that . Differential axle housing was not square in the car from the factory. Most are not and should be squared when mini tubbed. Or shimmed if not. Does the car stay straight doing the burnout. If it always goes to the same side it will not hook after launch.

are you running slicks on the back and radials up front?
