Does anyone know the body designation for these front wheel drive, fastback cars from the 80's and any web sites that cater to them? Thanks Walt

Found it the tc3 and 024 were (L) bodies and were volkswagen powered. Walt

Daytona, Laser - G Bodies

And yes, the G Bodies were modified K cars... the L Bodies weren't.

Unless you had one with the optional 2.2 chrysler engine. Back in the early eighties I had a TC-3 2 door hatchback with the 2.2, 5-speed and performance suspension.
