Thanks for posting Ed, the way he explained Gord was like you said, 100% bang on. He dissected and understood Gords writing/playing etc where as much as I enjoyed it, I just took it for granted.

I would love to find the live performance he did of Black Day In July just after the Detroit riot in ‘67.

I read on line that he just sat on a stool in a dim soundstage and did a very emotional performance.

I would really like to see that.
 
Rick Beato (post #21 video) does an outstanding job with his Gordon Lightfoot piece.
Bob Dylan saying Gordon Lightfoot is his favorite! There can't be any higher praise than that.
