It's tough to get the tree and the car both.I have a couple trees out front that get an awesome yellow like that but the background sucks so I can’t get a good pic in front of them.
Part of the trick is to park the car further away from the tree so that the car is larger in the foreground and the tree is smaller in the background. Also, don’t try to get the whole tree in the shot so more of the color fills up the background.It's tough to get the tree and the car both.

Unfortunately, not to many weekends left and the recent rains have dropped most of the leaves locally. Mother Nature is in control.
