Maybe he designed the Blinker fluid on the Boeing 737 Max.... I dunno, never heard of the guy. Won't change my mind..... Just another expert on being an expert IMO.....

he also believes the global warming "science" and can't decide what bathroom people should use... his opinion is a bit suspect...

We are each our own expert at this point. It's political, personal, and financially driven.... Trust your cape and ones that are closest to you for resources. Those are the ones that really give a crap about you....

I co-worker who was all about these Mask in the beginning went on a tangent today about and is over it. Wasn't expecting him to be that guy but good on him....

As for the member who said you were shortchanging yourself not wearing a Mask to go into a store they do not understand economics. Makes for good humor anyways.....

Well much to the chagrin of many, I'm going to leave this to you all.

It's been fun sometimes and aggravating at others, but at the end of the day, no one here is going to have their opinions changed. I'd rather get back to cars and not alienate anyone else based on this silly debate. Was this thread a good idea? I'm not so sure. I know I didn't change anyone's mind so what's the point? All I did was irk people and poke a few eyeballs. At the end of the day, do what you think is best for you and yours and I'll do the same.

I'm turning this one off now. Be well all.

I have cars to work on and need to learn to paint like a boss.

I very much come to a decision here, and without a doubt and no doubt about it, wear my mask momentary while reading the posts here on FABO, I just do it out of respect....

People here are so obsessed with wearing masks that they wear them in their cars, by themselves, and the numbers are still rising. For anyone that doesnt think there is an agenda behind this whole thing, watch this video. Keep in mind, this is one of the top 10 doctors in this country, AND if you question anything he says, you can research it and find all of what he says true, EXCEPT for the 5g stuff, which he plainly says is his strong opinion, although there is more and more evidence of it being what he says. Faucci is not a good guy im afraid..If you sit back and think about all the events of this year, it makes perfect sense. ALSO, look up event 201 and tell me this was not planned.. It was all played out in october of 2019 by Johns Hopkins university AND good ole Bill gates..This virus was indeed purposely released on we the people in my strong opinion.
 
ALSO, even though this virus is indeed bad, they ARE screwing with the numbers intensley. The words of a heart doctor when asked about heart disease deaths per year said they seem to stay around the same rate yearly and always have in the 30 years he has prcticed..until this year when they were non existent..Just like the flue deaths..non existent again. Cancer deaths and gun shot deaths also all but dissappeared this year. Why, because EVERYTHING is being labeled a covid death. Government moneys are being paid at a rate of 13,000 dollars for every covid labelling and 33,000 dollars for every patient put on a ventilator, even though the ventilators arent working because the problem is NOT being able to take oxygen into the lungs, its the blood not being able to be oxygenated, yet in the beginning they hollared over and over about ventilators even though those patients still died. There have been several lawsuits throughout this country since this started from the families of deceased people who did NOT die from covid, but were labeled a covid death regaurdless to inflate the numbers for this aganda. Ill never forget the one not far from here where a toddler had died due to an accident in the home and the local paper and news media all spewed that it was covid..until they got their asses sued! people waiting in line to be tested at walgreens and got fed up of waiting and left and got a letter in the mail stating they were POSITIVE even though they didnt ever get tested. My coworked i work right beside of everyday broke out in a rash from changing detergent and went to the doctor..a week or so later gets a letter from our insurance company stating they were being charged for covid from the doctor and knew it didnt sound right..needless to say he was quite pissed. this has been going on all around this country since this started There is an agenda behind this. You dont have to believe that, but please dont let your guard down..Event 201 was the whole practice trial ran not long before the virus was let loose..
 
I wear one at work because I have too. I wear one at the stores out of respect for others. I don't think they do anything I don't think they protect us or keep us from catching anything but if it makes people feel safe and its somewhat "required" then I will put one on and deal with it. But I refuse to wear one outside or in my own car or home. As soon as I walk out of the store I take it off. I know there are alot of different opinions on the matter! My opinion is yes the virus is real and yes its bad and dangerous and scary and I don't want to get it nor do I want my family friends or loved ones to get it. But I also think its being used as a source of control. Just to see how far they can push before we push back. They are using the fear of the virus to manipulate us into their control.

If you see someone driving down the road alone with a mask on it might be me. Quite often I forget I have it on when driving home from the grocery store.

So our state now has a Curfew mandate. Only on the road between x hours unless an emergency or job related. Looked like a party at a Convenience store I use to go in and a Co-worker said it was filled to the gills at 3am this morning. People in Pajamas, etc.... So since you are so adamant about saving lives with your "mask" you will walk out of the establishment, right?.......

I will and I have more than once.
If a business is not going to enforce a simple mask must be worn rule by the health department then what other public safety rules are they ignoring?
 
We went through this in Melbourne Australia and have been cleared now for 47 days and we are coming to some normality now, businesses are going back to normal where others have shut down for good due to spiraling costs and no income. It was pretty strict , night curfews, 1 hour per day to exercise, no visitations by friends or family to your house or there’s , play grounds all taped off like a crime had taken place .Stopped every day at a check point where I had a letter from work describing my field of work and where it was located so I could travel back and forth from home as it’s 60 km and to clients as I’m a service Tech and would do on average 1000km per week . kids getting schooled online , wearing masks still do when I visit clients and wear surgical cloves when I’m working on there equipment but now only time you wear a mask is when you enter a shop ,or service station to pay inside . We are at zero now and our interstate boarders have opened up. 5 cases from yesterday via people entering the country to be back home but are in quarantine for 14 days before getting released. Cases vary from person to person . If you suffer from respiratory complications you are in the high risk aswell as asthma suffers . This virus is so contagious and spreads like wild fire. You need to all pull together it’s a ***** but if everyone plays there part you will beat it.
 
Doesn't really matter what I think on the masks. If you think it's all a joke, fine. If you think we're all going to die unless we wear HAZMAT suits, fine. The virus DOES exist, to what extent and severity can be endlessly debated. If we have to wear a mask when we're in public, fine- it's not that big of an ordeal for me if I can save someone ELSE the agony. Sadly, it's the only way we'll push through this and get back to some semblance of normality, despite what my personal opinions may or may not be. Hell, even the "vaccine" won't be the end of it- people will complain about that... we can't even get people to have their kids get standard immunizations. We just have to suck it up, put on our Big Boy/Girl pants/panties and put some of our personal feelings aside for the potential greater good. Our grandparents & great grandparents did it a hundred years ago with far fewer resources than we have now.
BTW- my personal views are not necessarily what you may think by reading my post. But like my first sentence, it doesn't really matter what I 'THINK'. I "think" a lot more things than I "know".

I think those that refuse to wear a mask are taking exception to being told what to do, and that is just how some people feel.
The mask was berated by a few posters but i don't think there are any benefits to not wearing one.
