I know there are plenty of whitetail hunters on the forum so how are things looking in your neck of the woods? Last weekend I saw four bucks in the woods and two had their nose to the ground sniffing. I think the next week or two is going to be the peak here in southwest Ohio. I’m going after these guys this morning.

Good luck on your hunt for those men sir  Rut is just days away here on the hill in northeast Arkansas, some are chasing, some are still bunched up with each other. I hope to get me some meat in the freezer and hope to throw a bolt at this man and his brothers

I got a doe last weekend for the meat so for the next month I will be passing on everything besides a big old buck.

I haven’t seen a thing this morning yet which is surprising but we did just get a warm front and if you are a believer in the moon face then this weekend is not the best to see deer either.

We've got a few decent ones, here, and a few Bear. -- Mother Bear, plus 4 is rare.
