The Perfect Airport Security Solution


Here's the solution to all the controversy over full-body scanners at the airports:

Have a booth you step into that will not X-ray you, but will detonate any explosive device you may have on you.
It's a win-win for everyone, and there would be none of this crap about racial profiling.
It eliminates a long and expensive trial. Justice will be swift. Case closed!
This is so simple it's brilliant.
I can hear it now: You're in the airport terminal and you hear a muffled explosion, followed by an announcement over the PA system, "Attention standby passengers. We now have a seat available on flight number ...."

Makes perfect sense to me. The booth would have to incorporate a blast shield & some kind of "Quick-Wash" system to clean the interior. Wouldn't surprise me if somebody already has a patent on the whole idea.
