for sale ..thermoquad carb.. was told it came from a 340 cuda 70,s vintage..looks to be in nice condition..dont know how it works..no numbers on carb baseplate..has a carb sticker like it has been gone thru...would like to sell it with the other carb on the listing..two for one...180 plus shipping for both carbs....from antioch cal...tx..j

look for any light stamping next to the vacuum ports on the base by the mounting holes, maybe a 9xxx number or a 6xxx? BTW, that top carb looks mah-velous...
 
Both of those are 1971 to 1973 carburetors. There is no "flat spot" in the center of the top cover at the front. Also, the "clean" one is from an EGR equipped car, as it has the vacuum port stickin outta the center body. Both of them are fine carburetors and pretty desireable as they are non smog era carbs.

You're right except for neither of those are '71's which are totally unique. Probably '72-'73 models judging by some of the linkage.
