Think this valve is toast?

Finally got around to pulling the heads off my 318 so I could put some new head gaskets on it. Found this valve looked a bit odd. Was just planning on freshining this motor up with some new gaskets and seals and and driving it this summer till I was able to get a 360 up and running. What do you guys think?

looks like it got too hot. It seems sunken into the seat. I say if the 360 isn't far off, button it up and run it.

It's burnt, the seats gone.
Have hardened seats pressed into it and get new exh valves is my advice.

...............If left like that it will have a dead miss on that cylinder......ie u will only be running on 3 cylinders on that side of the motor.........kim......

Maybe you can find some one with some cheap 318 heads can't imagine they cost much.
