This Grill... Anyone have info?

Spotted this Duster last weekend at Mopar Day in the Park, Sacramento. I never got the chance to meet up with the owner to ask some questions. Could be a FABO member?
Question is... Where is that grill from? Never saw one like it on a duster, is it aftermarket, custom build, how can I get one?

Like this on my converted 74 Scamp if you find one make sure it comes with the indiacators those are next to impossible to find

You can always get creative and make custom inserts, this was my plan to copy something like this or maybe add a small projector lamp with a billet surround.
