Hey Waggs, been working on the parts. I'm still looking for the right hardness rubber for the one bumper part but here is the first effort (it's softer than heck) I do need to built a de-gassing pot for the urethane though. the part has "tiny bubbles in the top layers %^$% nother project darnit! maybe over christmas I can rig one up to make a bubble free part.

not the best but they will work for ya. I'll get some good ones made between Christmas and new years to test out.
