I so glad to hear the great news. Soon your new additions will be home and your family whole again. I feel that God hears the prayers of those asking for help for others and He certainly has blessed us all with your Granddaughters. A blessed Christmas to you and yours!

That is great!! Thank you for the pictures, she is adorable. She seems to be doing very well without the oxygen. Have they removed the feeding tube yet?

several FABO members have sent me PM's asking how the twins are doing.
thanks again for asking.

Kylie is at home with her mom, dad and older sister.

Kiera is still in the hospital. they have removed her oxygen breathing assist but she is still on the feeding tube. she is not gaining weight and needs to get stronger for her 3rd surgery in a few months.

the pic below is of Kiera and I will post one later of the twins.

Kiera was discharged from the hospital around Christmas
but still has to keep her feeding tube in to try and gain weight

Aww, they are so darn cute. It is wonderful to see them together at home. Prayers ongoing for Kiera to grow and one day her early struggles will be behind you all.
 
My hart is betting so hard after seeing these up dates grandpa justcuz
Prayers from all of us this morning for a full recovery and seeing them play together soon are flowing threw my hart and mind ...... Prayers go out to the doctors and staff that have been looking over her and keeping her strong and continue using the wisdom given to them, and to all the family and friends to have faith that she will be picking out a new pair of jeans one day soon. God bless you all here and to justcuz and family and many friends around them as I pray threw Jesus name..

She sure looks great! What a fighter she is to have gone through so much. Before you know it Grampa will have them both out in the stroller enjoying the spring weather. I've been wondering lately. Thanks for the update. Dan

Prayers sent from my famielie to yours
 
Kiera has been in her hometown hospital for the past 10 days.

yesterday at midnight they took her from the local hospital by air

ambulance to BC Children's Hospital in Vancouver where I took the pic.

she is in the ICU ward in isolation. they are testing her heart and for a

viral infection. as she was born without a spleen she has a

greater risk of catching viruses and a tougher time fighting them off.

should know more tomorrow once all the test results come back.
