This is sad news - keep Leanna in your prayers

-
She told me she has been feeling really crappy since mid September, on December 5th we were messaging back and forth and she told me she thought she had some “wicked pneumonia and not doing well at all” and that she could use some prayers. Poor girl, it turned out to be much worse than that….my heart aches for her, she was an amazing lady and this is hard….many prayers sent.
December 5th? That ain't til next weekend

Was wondering maybe this had been going on longer than a couple of months?
I read post 18 and it never really said what she has/had....
Is it ok to ask just how old she is?

I always liked reading her posts

It's had to have been. This progression takes years to get to this stage. The same thing took Daddy's life. He was fine till he wasn't.

She grew up 20 miles from me, never met her or had anything done by her business.
So sad. God's speed kiddo.

Thanks I edited it
No worries I just thought maybe whatever ails her, had been an ongoing thing... I've watched my parents and my brother in law linger for what seemed like forever when each of them "went".
When I go I want it to be quick. Whenever that is.

Yeah I remember her having talked about being from Illinois probably an hour from where I grew up..... Sounds like somebody I wish I could have met.... At least at a cruise or swap meet, something like that

So sad.
She is a great lady that everyone likes.
I never heard a bad word against her and people loved her powder coating work.
God's speed young lady, god's speed...

FABO members I have received an update from her daughter Mallory. Leanna developed lung cancer which spread to her liver and bones and for whatever reason, refused treatment. Mallory said she is resting comfortably and also said that before she lapsed into unconsciousness, she expressed her love and respect for and cherished the FABO community. Mallory will continue to pass along updates which I’ll pass along to FABO

Was this from her line of work? I don't know if she smoked or not either.
How long has she or anyone else known she had this

So sad to hear... thoughts and prayers for her and her family. Cancer sucks...
It killed my wife...so I understand fully the pain involved.

I’m just passing along what I was told. I wasn’t going to press her daughter for personal information at a time like this as it was none of my business. If that info is passed on, I will pass it along

From what a couple of other members posted, she knew something was wrong several months ago.
