I'm using an Edelbrock intake with a Holley 4 barrel carb on my 360, do I need a special bracket to mount my throttle cable to so it will work with my carb? The mount I have sets back to far for the cable to reach the carb.

on mine I just moved the throttle cable forward more in the bracket so it was clamping on the end of the metal piece in stead of the middle. Its not the best way but it will work. The best way would be to extend your throttle bracket slightly. Also if it's an auto you probably need to extend your kick down linkage as well.

you also might be able to get lokar throttle cable and be able to use your factory mount. but don't quote me on this as I have never used them.

I bought the loker kickdown and throttle cable and braket at A&A auto its the best change I every did on my car. It will cost you about 180 dollars for everything but you wont believe the diffrence in shifting and throttle response.
